Hood Photo Challenge

a 52 week project, year 2

August 2014

Week 9, Sunday, Jill

Taken with my Canon Rebel T3. ISO1600, 1/100,  f/14.

Week 9, Monday, Meghan.

I took this picture at f/2, 1/125s, ISO 1600 (I changed the brightness in the Windows Previewer).  It’s a bit grainy because of the super high ISO I had to use… but I like the dramatic light provided by the one light source in front of her.  Her eyes are in the cross hatch of the top 1/3 and left 1/3. And bonus, she’s looking into the frame!

… and I just burned my 1 of 4 picture of family members on the first of the 4 weeks… I’m pretty sure it was worth it – I guess we’ll find out on weeks 10, 11, and 12 🙂

Week 9 Challenge

This week take a picture composed with the rule of thirds. Here is a helpful link that explains the rule of thirds with examples:

Week 8, Saturday, Tricia

Taken with my Canon T3, ISO, 200, F/5.6, 1/125.

Week 8.  Thursday.   Stacie.   Taken with my Canon rebel t5i, and my tamron 28-70mm lens.   ISO 200, F/2.8, 1/400

Week 8, Saturday, Jill

Taken with my Canon Rebel T3. ISO200, 1/50,  f/4.5.

Week 8, Thursday, Meghan.

Taken with f/1.8, 1/1000s, ISO 200, SOOC. This is as close as my 50 mm lens will focus, apparently!
