Week 14 Challenge. Panning

Ok, lets play with Motion.  Lets play with our shutter speed and try to capture something conveying motion, similar to what we did before, but this time, using Panning.  Here is a link to more information on panning.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Panning_(camera)

Week 13.  Stacie.  Saturday.   Canon Rebel t5i.   Right now, I need to fill my frame and my days and my thoughts with this food.   ISO 100, f/2.8, 1/60

Week 13, Saturday, Meghan.

f/2.2, 1/400, ISO 400, SOOC. I tried all day to get a picture of her holding galinha pintadinha, and this was the best I got.  Not the picture I wanted, but I think I will grow to love it – it’s not the best picture, but it says a lot about our life as it really is: blue shirt as the background, haphazardly holding the chicken, missing a fingernail, not the perfectly composed shot but who has time for that anyway?  Yes, I’ve decided I love it.

Week 13, Tricia, Tuesday

This I took a photo of my kids legos that they play with every day.  Took this with my Canon Rebel T3 , ISO 1500, F/5, 1/13.

Week 13, Jill, Wednesday

Canon Rebel T3, ISO2000, f5.6, 1/80 – A picture of my favorite blue eyed girl.

Week 13 Challenge

Oh no! I forgot to post yesterday! So apparently when my two year old has an all-day melt down it also melts something inside my head 😦 She was much happier today, and thus, your challenge:

For this 13th week of photo mastery, take a picture where you fill the frame. It could be of your child’s favorite toy of the week, something growing outside, those three sexy hairs on your husband’s chest, or your sparkling clean bathroom sink… Hahaha, now I’m just dreaming (about the sink, just to be clear.)

Week 12, Monday, Tricia

This picture was taken of our favorite place to relax at night on our deck.  I only has the accent light on so I had to play around to get enough  light in.  Taken with my Canon Rebel T3, ISO 6400, F4.5, .6

Week 12, Thursday, Jill

Taken with my Canon – f/4, ISO800,1/60. I took this from our bonus room looking out over my deck…  Side lessons learned: I can’t get the screen back into the window and I really need to hire a window washer.  🙂

Week 12, Saturday, Meghan.

I was cutting this one close – I tried to take a picture on Monday of an awesome red sun at sunrise but my camera was dead, and then I didn’t get it out again until today! Busy week I guess! This picture I took at f/2, 1/100 s, ISO 800, very cropped.
